To counteract his rapid metabolism, he has incorporated Uncrustables—frozen, individually wrapped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches—into his meal plan. "PB&J's was one of my biggest things because you want to eat your full meal. You don’t want to eat a little bit and drink a protein shake. Then you're not really getting anything. So, for myself, finishing, completing your full meals, and then, an hour later or 30 minutes later, that's when you put in an Uncrustables or a PB&J or a little protein shake," Hyatt explained.

The benefits of Hyatt's adherence to his nutrition plan are translating onto the field. In Week 2 of the 2023 NFL season, the Giants narrowly edged out the Arizona Cardinals by three points, thanks in part to Hyatt's pivotal 58-yard reception. This catch underscored his potential and highlighted his ability to perform in clutch situations.

Building on that momentum, Hyatt again showcased his capabilities in Week 7, recording two catches for 75 yards in the Giants' 14-7 win over the Washington Commanders. His performance further cemented his role as a reliable target for quarterback Daniel Jones and a key contributor to the Giants' offensive efforts.

However, it was in Week 12 that Hyatt truly announced his arrival on the NFL stage. In a tightly contested game against the New England Patriots, he notched his first 100-yard receiving game, playing an essential role in securing another narrow victory for the Giants. Just looking at our team, looking at what we got—for goals, I just want a team goal. We have a playoff team. That's what we want to do. That's our focus and we're gonna get there," he emphasized.
